Less admin. More business.

Run the business.
We'll build the foundation.

Streamlining operations at the speed of thought.

If your business runs on spreadsheets, email threads, forms, checklists, and documents, Brickmaker turns those existing processes into custom business software.

No traditional software project. No detailed technical specification. Show us how you work today, and we build a working version in hours, not months — one you can see, use, and improve.

How it works

Show us. We build. You refine.

1

Show us how you work today

Send us the spreadsheet, form, checklist, Word document, email thread — or just explain the process.

2

We turn it into working software

Instead of writing a specification first, we build something you can actually see and use in hours, not months.

3

Tell us what to change

No technical tickets. Enter prompts like "Add an approval step," "Show this on the dashboard," or "Let customers upload a photo."

4

Keep improving it

The system evolves as your business changes.

Your first working version is a free conversation starter. See your own process as working software before a decision is made.

Real example — our own business

Our problem: 6–7 hours of admin for every new client. Now reduced to half an hour.

Winning a client meant a discovery form, a quote spreadsheet with vendor pricing buried inside it, a Word proposal, and contract templates. Turned that process into our own business software.

After Brickmaker

One business applicationMeeting transcript goes in — proposal and contract come out in about half an hour
Discovery→Pricing→Proposal→Contract

Stop entering the same information over and over.

A customer's name shouldn't have to be typed into the intake form, copied into the spreadsheet, pasted into the proposal and entered again into the contract.

Enter it once. Carry it through the entire process.

Real example — try it yourself
Draft — inventory demo

A spreadsheet template became inventory software.

Started from QuickBooks' free inventory spreadsheet template, refined with the plain-language requests shown below. Click through it yourself.

  • "Let me adjust stock in fives, not one at a time" Updated in minutes
Customer-facing

The same approach works for customer-facing software.

Balance Cafe in Collinsville, Texas had only a Facebook page. One photo of its printed menu became a working website, digital menu, online ordering, and a staff console.

The only input: one photo of the printed menu board.
Branded homepageLocation, hours, calls to action
Full digital menuEvery board category, priced
Online orderingReal order flow, not a mockup
Staff consoleOwner edits, no code required

What you get

Not a prototype. Software your business can use.

A real application

Your system can have screens, users, forms, workflows, data and business rules.

Built for ongoing use

It runs on production hosting with a real database and can continue changing as your business changes.

Works with other systems

It can connect with the other software and AI tools your business uses, when needed.

Behind every build is the same standardized Brickmaker architecture, so each one starts secure and ready for real use.

The name

Why Brickmaker?

Brick changed construction because standardized building blocks made it possible to build faster, larger and more reliably. Generative AI is creating a similar change in software. Business systems that once required long, expensive development projects can now be assembled far more quickly from reusable building blocks.

Your existing business process is the raw material. Brickmaker turns it into software.
